If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unpacking video. We’ll be happy to assist you with the exchange or appropriate resolution. As these are handloom sarees, minor thread variations, slight weaving irregularities or occasional loose threads can naturally occur and are not considered product damage.
Wash separately in cold water with a mild detergent and avoid prolonged soaking. No starch is required. Use a medium-temperature iron when needed.
