RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The products that need to be exchanged should be in original condition with the Invoice and tags intact as in purchasing. Without original Invoice and tags returns will not be validated.
Please note that most of our sarees are natural cotton and handmade. Minor imperfections like thread pulling or slight variations are an inherent part of handloom weaving and are not considered damages.
We only accept exchanges for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share clear photos of the damaged saree along with your order details. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
We do not offer exchanges for non-damaged products. For any queries regarding fabric, quality, or details, please contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order.
With regards to international orders, presently we do not have a policy on accepting returns or exchange of products. We ensure comprehensive quality inspections before shipping our products.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide !
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email or Whatsapp.
The following information is the estimated timeframe you should receive your order after it has been shipped:
Inside India : 2 - 7 business days ( Depends on Location )
International: 4 - 15 business days ( Depend on Country )
COD orders take 6 to 9 days for delivery.
For faster delivery, we recommend choosing a prepaid payment option. Prepaid orders are processed and shipped on priority.
However, please be advised that the delivery period may be earlier or exceed due to unforeseen external exclusions
If you decide to cancel or modify your order and address, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change.

Deliveries to countries outside the India may incur duties, taxes, or charges that are not included in the total price displayed.
