By subscribing to or using any of our products or services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by the Terms and Conditions, regardless of how you subscribe to or use our products or services.
Exchange, Returns and Refunds
- We do not offer exchanges for non-damaged products. ( But we Offer Sample saree for quality checks, based on special request through mail or whatsapp )
We only accept exchanges for damaged products. If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear photos of the damaged product along with your order details. Once verified, we will arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
Products that need to be exchanged must be in their original condition, with the invoice and tags intact. Returns without the original invoice and tags will not be validated.
Most of our sarees are handmade from natural cotton. Minor imperfections such as thread pulling or slight variations are inherent to handloom weaving and are not considered damages.
First-Time Quality Check
We understand that first-time customers may wish to verify the quality of our products. To support this, we allow purchases for personal inspection.
Returns of quality-check sample sarees are accepted only if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original, fresh condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact.
As our products are made of natural cotton, any unfolding, draping, or handling that causes visible creasing or alters the original appearance will be considered signs of use and will not be eligible for return or refund.
Customers interested in quality-check sample sarees can request them via WhatsApp before placing their order. Returns can be initiated only after intimation.
International Orders
At present, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
We ensure comprehensive quality inspections before shipping all products internationally.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us ensure that every customer receives a product in brand-new, premium condition.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide !
We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding select holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped out, we will notify you by email or Whatsapp.
The following information is the estimated timeframe you should receive your order after it has been shipped:
Inside India : 2 - 7 business days ( Depends on Customer Location )
International: 4 - 15 business days ( Depend on Country )
Cash on Delivery ( COD ) orders take 6 to 9 days for delivery. ( Anywhere in India )
For faster delivery, we recommend choosing a prepaid payment option. Prepaid orders are processed and shipped on priority.
However, please be advised that the delivery period may be earlier or exceed due to unforeseen external exclusions ( Adverse weather conditions, Rural area, Government-imposed restrictions, Public holidays etc.. ) and demanded Products. If you require faster dispatch, delivery by a specific date, or are ordering for a birthday, wedding, festival, or gifting purpose, kindly inform us in advance through mail or whatsapp.
If you decide to cancel or modify your order and address, please write to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the change.
DUTIES AND INTERNATIONAL FEES
Deliveries to countries outside the India may incur duties, taxes, or charges that are not included in the total price displayed.
